Howard and Butch personify utter professionalism: always reliable and punctual, wear face masks consistently (most appreciated during this pandemic season), seek client input when unsure, very attentive to details, careful and timely removal of installation trash, utterly responsible and dependable throughout installation. We were very pleased with the company's responsiveness, and the time from placing the order until installation. Besides the quality of the product and the pricing, we were especially pleased... with the fact that this company did not require a down payment as others did, and only payment in full when they were complete and we were satisfied. Initially, they installed 20 of our 24 windows, then had to reorder 4 which had different issues with each all recognized by the installers. Even so, no payment was requested on those installed until all of the windows had been replaced. The only issue we had were the plants/bushes in our flowerbeds that were damaged in the installation process. We ended up having to replace three. Even so, I would (and have) highly recommended this company.

The rep that was sent out was named Tom, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He took a detailed estimate, and went over all the options and prices with... me. Subsequent to that I had a few other companies come out and give estimates, and they all looked like chumps compared to Tom. One of them even had to do his sales pitch while reading from index cards! But Tom had all the answers without having to look anything up. He gave me an estimate on when the windows would be installed, and they were right on time. The sub contractors they sent did a great job, except for the fact that somehow the shrubs that they came in contact with while doing the installation all died. Many of my windows had exterior wood trim which had substantial termite damage, and it was ALL replaced with hardy board (impervious to termites)--which should have costed more, but they didn't charge me any extra. They were careful to clean up any messes, and hauled off all the old windows and debris. Overall, a fine experience, and I would definitely use them again. They were not the cheapest, but not far from it. But I don't mind paying extra for quality of product and professionalism, and that is exactly what I got. And if you're considering using Champion windows as your window company, Brennan Enterprises will give you the same quality window for nearly half the cost. Champion makes a fine product, but why would you pay nearly DOUBLE for the same thing?
