The fibrex® composite frame
contain 40% pre-consumer reclaimed wood fiber, and
the glass used contains more than 12% reclaimed
glass. We even use minimal packaging
material to limit cardboard waste.

Fibrex 100 Series sliding doors
begin with wood fiber, much of it reclaimed from the
manufacturing of Andersen® wood products. Through a
patented process, the fiber combines with a polymer
to form fibrex® material, which allows us to provide
high-quality products at a lower cost to
homeowners—and the environment.
